Mike was born in Barbados in 1949 and migrated to Australia in 1974 and it was not until 1992 that he made his peace with God after twenty years of agnosticism and rebellion against Biblical Christianity.

Since then he has obtained Biblical qualifications at Diploma, Bachelor and Masters levels, and is ordained with AOG in Ausralia. He ministered for twelve years at Rhema Bible College and was based at Calvary AOG in Townsville North Queensland up until 2004. In recent years he has ministered in Zambia, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa, Fiji, Vanuatu, Democratic Republic of Congo and Papua New Guinea. As at 2010 he has completed twenty short term trips to these countries. He has been married to Sandra since 1974 and has two daughters Laura and Kara.

At the end of 2001 Mike took the faith step in obedience to the Lord to resign his Bible College position and make himself available to travel to churches and colleges in the nations of the world. From September 2004 to September 2009 he served as the Senior Pastor of "Magnetic Island Community Church", a satellite of Sun City Christian Church in Townsville Queensland, whilst continuing his ministry to the nations. Mike is now based at the parent church Suncity where he continues to focus on his overseas itinerant ministry.

Vision Statement

1. To assist in training men and women in churches and colleges in the nations of the world for the work of the ministry. To assist in continued development & training of leaders and pastors through seminars.
(2 Timothy 2:2. "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will be qualified to teach others".
(Romans 16:25-26. "Now to him who is able to establish you by my Gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, ........ so that all nations might believe and obey him".)

2. To minister in churches to assist in preparing and challenging God's people to works of service.
(Ephesians 4:11-12. "It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service".
